DELIVERY AND COSTS

We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as we can – in the meantime, you can track your parcel once your order status changes to PROCESSING in two methods.

  • You can track your parcel on our website: HOME PAGE -> TRACK MY ORDER or ACCOUNT -> MY ORDERS -> TRACK MY ORDER.
  • You can track your parcel in the mail which we sent to you once the order is processing.

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.

Standard and express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you have entered the delivery address, you’ll be able to see the available delivery services.

Tracking is available for all delivery services. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way to you, with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site. If your order does not arrive within these time frames, please contact our friendly Customer Services team who will be happy to help email them customerservices@minimaslim.com.

PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL ORDERS

All our orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this, you will be informed by email. And your order status will become ON HOLD.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for delivery around the world, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations. We reserve the right to define which products may be shipped to your delivery country of choice.

Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for delivery. Minimaslim can not offer any assistance in this process.
